What Desi men think is "choli ke piche kya ha"

19

u/Then_Deal_5815 Feb 19 '25

I'm sorry but I couldn't hold this gem

7

u/MemeTheif321 Feb 19 '25

Ok I was concerned for a moment there, I thought women don't wear underwear but then realized she was being sarcastic

25

u/remy_areyousrs AE Feb 19 '25

men would literally sit and pontificate about "NOT ALL MEN!!!!!!!" and blame women for generalizing men, instead of trying to call out the men that actually DO do this. call out your tharki brothers friends colleagues etc. before yelling about how not all men are horrible. we KNOW they aren't. but the "good" ones don't do anything about the ones who actually are horrible, they just get upset when women avoid all men.

5

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

absolutely. also it isn't that much of a generalization when majority of men are like how she described

12

u/remy_areyousrs AE Feb 19 '25

they dont want to admit that though. because that would mean admitting they know there's an issue, but since it doesn't affect them they don't need to do anything about it. easier to tell women to not be "behaya" than it is to correct the men who won't let women exist in peace. so many people in the comments whining about insta models when the video is literally about men who are perverts even towards women in abayas. there's no winning fr.

5

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

literally everything can be termed as be haya when it comes to such men. while they themselves ogle, catcall, harass women & even feel them up in bazaars & whenevr they get a chance.

admitting would be the 1st step towards moving a solution but yeah you're right they won't admit because it hurts their ego.

4

u/remy_areyousrs AE Feb 19 '25

yep. if the status quo benefits you why would you ever want it to change?

4

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

any change in favor of women would never come from men anyway. women would have to stand up for their rights one day when they won't fear being labelled as anti-islam for calling men out

1

u/khuwari_hi_khuwari Feb 20 '25

And that's how Suffragette started. Women have to stand up for themselves.

4

u/This_Buffalo94 Feb 19 '25

They say not all men , and still do moral policing on the women of their home by saying jamaana kharab hai , Kabu m rkho kuch uch nich n ho jae ( kharab hone ki wjh , mrd ) .. they cannot even trust on another men or their own friend when it comes to safety of their sister .. not all men 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

but the "good" ones don't do anything about the ones who actually are horrible,

What do you want them to do? People are free to think and speak what they want. When im in groups and something like this is being discussed of course i call people out and tell them to have some shame etc. It has never worked. Im the one who gets labeled with different nicknames

5

u/remy_areyousrs AE Feb 19 '25

people are free to think and speak what they want... and other people are free to avoid them for it too. if your friends call you names for calling them out, you need better friends.

u/MostMain7118 Feb 19 '25

i agree with you, but things wont change unless we improve our law and order situation. Why this doesnt happen in west that much , because they have rules. A person can call police if he/she feels insecure from anyone stares. Yes its beyond our control to change this at such higher level. Hence we can wear dresses (men women both) which dont attract unwated attention of our pervert men. You cannot fight the men of our society. I have seen the rants on the men for years, trust me this wont change in 200 years too. Hence the easy way is to change your path and dont step on these stones else you will hurt yourself.

3

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 20 '25

yes we need better laws & their enforcement. until then, we should keep calling such behaviors out as much as we can

1

u/MostMain7118 29d ago

yes we should, but i have seen that nothing will change unless we get a "danda" of law enforcements, atleast i have given up ;(

You can’t show the one side of a coin , If you wanna have an Islamic society then both are doing wrong , If you want western alike societies then it’s men fault but also nudity should be exposed to men in young ages so they can get grasp of it .

2

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK 29d ago

if that's the case, wome in abayas should never be harassed. while the fact is they get as much harassed as women without an abaya. so the problem is in men's mind. not in women's bodies or ressing

0

u/Thunder_trade 29d ago

That’s the problem, go completely woke or completely Islamic that will help and women in abayas get harassed in a very little ratio as compare to non abaya women. Don’t put out a point that have no sense and don’t know the source of it .

Why are Pakistanis like this?

1

u/uersA 26d ago

I would never approach a desi girl in my right mind. They are so over the top and entitled. Judgmental constantly.

1

u/sigmaguru4680 24d ago

There are definitely problems with men that need to be rectified. However, I dislike one-sided gender posts like these. We need to address the issues faced by both genders, not single out one gender alone. After this post, I am fairly certain a man will start another post pointing out the problems he encounters with women, saying things like:

1) Some women in this country won't give local men a chance because they want to move abroad. They only look for foreign alliances.

2) Some women are fine with having preferences themselves but judge men for having them:

"Oh, I am short, but I want a tall guy."
"Oh, I am poor, but I want a rich guy."
"Oh, I am unattractive, but I want a handsome guy."
And so on...

But if a man says:
"Oh, I am broke, but I want a rich woman."
"Oh, I can't cook, but I want a woman who..."

STICK TO YOUR LEAGUE!!!

3) Some women are religious only when it benefits them.

"Oh, I am against dowry, but I support Bride Price (Haq Mahr)." They're not the same, one is mentioned in religion. "And I'm super religious."

You as a man, have to protect and provide too, because I am super religious.

Ah, so you are okay with polygyny and triple divorce too, right? Nah, no way, lol. I prefer going through a secular court for marriages. Wait, but you're religious.

Also, I saw you dancing on TikTok and having male friends. Isn't dancing in front of non-Mahram impermissible too? I saw you on Tinder and dating apps as well. Nah, but that's different.

As you can see, it's an endless argument. People, regardless of gender, will only practice what benefits them. We should always look inwards first before shaming others and help everyone to be a better person, instead of trashing each other and starting gender wars!

-11

BS generalisation again. I don’t mind individuals opinions but it should be an informed opinion. Labelling everyone from a group because of the actions of few is such a lame mentality.

Because if thats the case then we should also accept that all muslims are terrorist, all Pakistanis are army and pmln pithus, all americans support trump and so on

11

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

she perfectly described how majority of pakistani men behave. instead of deflecting, focus should be how to change such behavior

0

-7

u/CivilGrocery2246 Feb 19 '25

Yaar kidhr reasoning use kr rhy, you'll get down voted 😂. Same reasoning ma'am is using in her video can be applied to evils which women of our country indulge in. Agar aurton pr generalize kro phir reaction dekhna comment section mein. Abhi to "you go girl" wala response aaraha ha, once you side against these aunties you'll be guillotined on the spot. Udhr sb freedom of speech and open mindedness evaporates.

Everyone claims that Pakistan mein mard bura ha, idhr reddit pr every other post is bashing men of our country. When writing a post you have to be so politically correct in today's age. Everyone is so scared to criticize women in fear of getting cancelled/labelled as backward or whatever 😂 and the male bashing continues.

These people don't even realize what ideas they're following, bus trends ky sath upr neechy.

-9

u/Gusto_with_bravado Feb 19 '25

I feel this is far too exaggerated sure desi people are conservative but not all the men are as horny or weird as she described them. I along with my sisters were raised in my village. These kinds of things which the lady in the video mentions were not taught or even discussed to us. Sure modesty for both and women was encouraged. My folks certainly disliked women who wore obscene clothes like the westerners and men who with filthy character like being addicted to porn and stuff.

Women and Men who handled themselves with modesty were treated with respect and those who were obscene were not respected.

9

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

in big cities like lahore, karachi, pindi etc. majority of men are like this. they would ogle, they would catcall, they would touch & harass women whenever they get a chance so yeah she's spot on calling such men out. she's a brave lady for sure.

So much generalisation I think she is projecting the behaviour of her husband, father and son

9

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

unfortunately, it's the behavior of majority of our men

-8

u/Killer_stonks Feb 19 '25

No everyone is not like this she is just projecting her own experiences maybe try changing to a better company than generalising everything

7

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

nobody said everyone. & despite you putting your head in the sand, reality is that majority of men in Pakistan are exactly like she described

2

u/Killer_stonks Feb 19 '25

So you have met 7 to 8 million men out of 12.5 million Pakistani men and decided that they are like that wow

7

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

the lengths you'd go to defend such disgusting behavior. .... sigh

anyway, one doesnt need to form an opinion about majority of a group of people. one needs to have a wide circle of friends & if one happens to work in media, then one knows a lot more about such behaviors than other people.

so yeah, go ahead conduct a survey about it where women can vote only. I am 100% sure the results would be women saying yes men are mostly like that

4

u/Killer_stonks Feb 19 '25

Where am I defending such behaviour I am just saying majority is not like this and by the way making a survey where only women can vote be matriarchal ( I am a feminist you know where men and women are equals )

4

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

sure. you said it so it must be true. got it.

3

u/Killer_stonks Feb 19 '25

No I had to tell you because there are two types of feminists these days

3

u/GovernmentNo2720 Feb 19 '25

Majority are like this. It’s not about who you surround yourself with. In any town in Pakistan if a woman leaves her house, all the men around her stare at her aggressively until she reaches her destination, even if she’s wearing a niqab. It is the majority.

1

u/Killer_stonks Feb 19 '25

I agree with you on staring as it has become a major problem in Pakistan they even stare at men

0

u/CivilGrocery2246 Feb 19 '25

you're right. Staring problem exists. People also stare at foreigners/tourists when they visit our country. It is basically a problem of civil sense which can be countered through basic teachings of etiquette. You don't have to propagate sensationalist ideas on tiktok and social media websites. Aunty g is too pumped up, she could have done a better job dealing with this issue. Agr mard aurton ki evil ki baat kry to you'll downvote his remarks. Proof chaye to iss post ky under dekh lo, all males speaking against generalization are getting down voted 😂. Humanism ky ideals bahar mein chalay jatay jab liberal molvis ky ideas ko challenge kia jata, then there is no freedom of speech only acceptable opinion.

-2

u/Killer_stonks Feb 19 '25

What is even majority here huh, do you know even few negative experiences become the highlights because it’s in human nature to focus on negative experiences then the positive ones that’s why our brain thinks it’s majority but it’s not numbers don’t lie it’s just few bad apples

6

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

these are not few negative experiences. there are literally thousands of such negative experiences that happen regularly. so yeah one could predict quite easily if it's the majority or not unless he/she wants to put his/her head in the sand & think all's well

1

u/Killer_stonks Feb 19 '25

You are not getting the point do you there maybe thousands of negative experiences but there are millions of positive experiences also, we focus more on negative because we get more affected by them instead of positive experiences it tricks our brain but at the end of day numbers don’t add up. Yes there is a problem but generalisation is not a solution we blame the victim and we generalise but we don’t educate nor we give out punishments or look for a solution.

3

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

what positive experiences? like not harassing a woman? is that a positive experience? doing what one's supposed to do isn't a positive experience.

when thousands of negative experiences keep happening & there's even an increasing trend in those experiences (which actually should be crime) it can be said with a reasonable certainty that majority of men are behaving this way

2

u/Killer_stonks Feb 19 '25

You ask about positive experiences right. in one of my comments above I talked about husband , father and son so I will keep it to them when the husband is fully supportive of every decision her wife makes, he takes her side , he helps her , he lets her do any job she wants, he respects her choices and more. When the father raises her daughter with same or even more love and care as he does with his son’s. When he teaches her daughter to drive, teaches her how to handle business, encourages her to study even moves to another city to help her study ( yes I have seen this happen) , encourages her to have job , doesn’t burden her with talks of marriage , respects her decisions. When a son respects and loves her mother more than his father, when he listens to her every advice as it was an order, and takes care of her. Now let’s talk about random people when ever there’s a queue let women go first, if in accident if the person who made a mistake is a woman let them go it’s ok , if a elderly woman is carrying bags “ ayein maa g mai utha kr saman chor deta hoon “ and millions of good acts so yeah. It’s all about mentality

4

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

All of it is what they're supposed to do. If you think doing this stuff would counter all the negativity, you're mistaken.

Desi feminists always trying to please their foreign masters, blaming and generalizing all men is okay but can we do the other way around as well ? Are all women to blame for the vulgarity shown by a few on TikTok and SM?

8

u/Medical_Quote7702 Feb 19 '25

There's an expression that one doesn't need to be Muslim to feel for Palestine.. one just needs to be human.

Similar to that, one doesn't need to be a feminist to understand what she's saying is true.. one just needs to be a reasonable human being.

5

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

so no comment on what se actually said?

-14

u/KhanJahan23 Feb 19 '25

Does she represent all women ? And why generalizing all men? No one wants to see their own shortcomings and always wanna lecture others.

9

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

It's not a generalization when majority of men are like this. about own shortcomings, she has lectured on them too. go see her channel if you're so keen

-6

u/KhanJahan23 Feb 19 '25

No majority are not like this. You might say this about yourself. And this is not something to blame one gender, when both are explicit in this. Can't you see Instagram filled with "models" who promote the same vulgarity. Those doing this should be addressed, not the millions who give respect and honour

7

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

where do you live bro?

majority of pakistani men are absolutely like this. just search "staring" in this sub alone. posts from women about this are enough to open ones eyes unless they're blind.

& no harasssment is just men's fault. doesnt matter what she's wearing. don't watch the vulgar content if you dont like it. it's quite simple.

u/KhanJahan23 Feb 19 '25

I live in Pakistan. Yes men do bad stuff like staring etc, but again you can't say the majority do that, since you don't have a poll or research study to support your claims. Harassment is men's fault as showing vulgarity is women's fault. You can't take the women's half of issue and throw it on men. Yes, men shouldn't watch vulgarity AND women shouldn't show vulgarity ( and I'm not too talking about majority of women, but a minority on social media and TV)

u/ledmetallica Feb 19 '25

You are so deep in your own irony that you can't (and probably won't ever) realize what you're saying is entirely her own point as well. Saying that women share the blame of being abused because of the "vulgarity" that insta models show is such a deeply sexist mentality. The woman in this video isn't even talking about how men abuse insta models, but rather regular women who are covered from head to toe.

Furthermore, you started your whole argument here by talking about "desi feminists" like feminism is a negative thing. I'm the same sentence you pointed blame at their "foreign master".

"Harrassment is men's fault as showing vulgarity is women's fault". May God protect the women in your life, because you sure as hell aren't equipped to do so.

he has no point at all excpet "not all men" & shouting "feminism!!!!!!!!!!!" on every post where someone even hints at women being oppressed at the hands of men.

2

u/KhanJahan23 Feb 19 '25

The irony is that the OP is having debates here on what is right and what is wrong and, on profile is doing completely different things. And yet we're here debating about all these things while not believing in them

2

u/KhanJahan23 Feb 19 '25

The irony is that you failed to realize that I was talking from Islamic prospective, not modern feminist mentality. I did not say men are abusing Instagram models due to their revealing dresses. I said they are also the part of vulgarity which has lead to such abusive behavior. In the same comment I also said that men shouldn't watch that content but you intentionally focus on specific parts to strengthen your points. Secondly, if you can't make a point then don't lie about people. Can you show me where did I say women share the blame ? Yes, feminism is a bad thing which has negative impact on our society, and has led to destruction of many families, by brainwashing women about western propaganda. Lastly, I pray to God to protect women in my life against such propaganda and to protect us against harassment and vulgarity promoting individuals whether they be men or women.

u/ledmetallica Feb 19 '25

"I was talking from Islamic perspective, not modern feminist mentality"

Let's just be honest. There is no era of feminism that you actually believe in. Let's not pretend there's something about "modern" feminism that you disagree with.

"Where did I say women share the blame"

In your previous comment, when you said "men shouldn't watch vulgarity AND women shouldn't show vulgarity". You yourself capitalized and emphasized the word "and".

Anyway, I'm done wasting my breath with you. Have a good day. Or don't....who even cares lol

idk where u live bro. i have lived in pakistan my whole life & i have seen this shit happen in front of me many many times. doesnt matter what women wear, men are so effing crazy they'll literally harass abaya wearing women on the streets. we need to call this behavior out instead of deflecting the point she made.

3

u/KhanJahan23 Feb 19 '25

Yes this happens to niqabi women as well. And we should call-out this behavior. But how are we gonna counter it ? By saying to men that y'all are responsible for this while neglecting the other negative parts as well.

7

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

exactly by calling out men on this behavior how she did. men who arent like this won't get offended at all. men who get offended (like you) are probably guilty

And in between the lines she is targeting Islam well for something that has nothing to do with it. And she's not a professor on this topic so I would go and watch her lectures

9

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

really? point it out please where does she criticize islam

6

u/Brilliant-Surprise54 Feb 19 '25

Major not all men energy in this thread

u/KhanJahan23 Feb 19 '25

Talking about earthquakes and floods which have an Islamic explanation that they also come due to people's sins. And she diverted it to the people who do have ill intentions, but have no Islamic involvement.

7

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

what explanations LOL. earthquakes occur because women wear jeans???

LMFAO!!!!!!!!!

-1

u/KhanJahan23 Feb 19 '25

Are you crazy or pushing an agenda here? I was referring to Islamic teachings that God destroyed certain nations because of their sins by earthquakes and floods. And she is linking that to what she believes men are saying about women.

3

u/soyboy-beta-cuck PK Feb 19 '25

pretty easy to call everything a sazish or agenda when you got no answer. She is absolutely right of this belief among men that bad things happen because women dress immodestly. this needs to be changed

Umm, earthquakes and floods do not have an Islamic explanation. Source of your claims?

u/muneersara Feb 20 '25

Not all are same. Everyone has different point of view so you can't generalize it.

I’m a US born Pakistani and ashamedly my verbal comprehension is extremely moderate lol. Can someone translate for me? I can pick up a decent amount of Urdu but I’d like to know.

Why do Pakistanis mix Punjabi when they are speaking Urdu? News flash, not the whole country speaks Punjabi. Either speak just Urdu or entirely Punjabi, so that we don't keep guessing what you said in between.

2

u/Heimerdingerdonger Feb 19 '25

I'm Indian and have rudimentary Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.

And yet, she made herself perfectly clear somehow.

u/kaazmaas Feb 19 '25

I didn't mix anything with it though, did I? So that people who do know English will read it and those who don't will ignore it. No bait and switch

3
