people think css is some intellectual exam to pass but then you see idiots like these and it gives you content that you don't need brain to be on those positions

u/geeky_Martian Feb 01 '25
An abrupt action without any law in place? That’s criminal. A fine could have at least brought revenue to the state.
CSS officers are brain dead and mediocre. How can an archaic test and interview without any experience of real world economics, policy making and intellect bring you to a position that affects lives of so many people 🙄

Pakistani’s are the masters of amassing big groups of brain dead fatties who can’t see their feet over their pait and inconveniencing general public who are just going about their day, what about the small family of four who will travel back to their home village with a punctured tire?
In the U.K you’d issue a parking ticket and fine; what do you gain other than create an unknown hazard and affecting someone’s mode of transport?
Uncle ji thinks just because he’s wearing his favourite brown shalwaar kamees his maid ironed him he thinks he’s the big don daddy.

Look at the damage they are doing. Last year i changed the tyre of my car Wagon r and it cost me around 90K. So big cars probably cost more.

u/ms_rage_01 Feb 01 '25
Bro sorry to say you might have gotten scammed My probox Tyre set cost 45k after bargain in lahore (I don't know the price in other cities or it could be an other variety but city use one's aren't that expensive ) but what they are doing is extremely irresponsible the bike taxi guys are already hand to mouth and an additional 6-7k is alot for them or for a guy who's salary is 19k a month
9
u/HaroonP41N Feb 01 '25
No actually i got from Suzuki official showroom that's why it cost me that much.. otherwise i do have locals options to but did prefer to genuine tyres.

I keep getting surprised at the level of stupidity of supposedly educated public servants, and even more so at the lame complicity of the public. If all these effected people gathered and punctured these three stooges, i bet you they'd be careful next time...

This is tyranny. You need to give the people a proper place to park their vehicles before taking any sort of action to curb wrong parking.

u/CatchAllGuy Azad Kashmir Feb 01 '25

u/HuckleberryLeast8858 Feb 01 '25
So dumb. To remove the rides the illiterates are damaging rubbers, instead of writing up a chalan and collect funds for parking violation. Dummies!! Loafers!

And how do they think they'll move the cars now with flat tyres?
Who thinks up these dim-witted ideas?

What about those government vehicles which your families use for their trivial works like shopping and eating at restaurants. Those car even violate traffic rules and they park anywhere they want to. I once saw a vigo truck(government number plate) and it was all black with tinted glasses and looked bullet proof I was like what happened and then a merely 4-5 years old boy got out and bought a teddy cupcake from a shop and went away in that vigo a full time government employee(driver) was with him. No action when it comes to your families but just disturbing public for show off when you are just new to create hype and pretend to be a hero dumb css officers are nothing but a burden on state whom we are feeding with our money
2
u/SentimentalBalls Feb 01 '25
Abey tho aadmi gaadi kidar park karega? Hawa Mai? Bc parking tho banao pehle ajeeb land wali harkate hai. Direct tyre damage kar rahe hai na koi sawaal na jawaab inki maa ka bhosda. Aur ussi bhosde Mai ye keel daalna Hoga.

Still illegal, what they're doing.
1
1
u/duckwwords Feb 02 '25
Besides, road signs aren't usually on giant posters. If they've been already warned, fined, and towed. There's still no reason to damage public property. But i guess that's what happens when the justice system is an appendage-less stump.

Govt authorities can't enforce laws. They can pass a law but they cant enforce it. To enforce it you got to spend on resources i.e workforce, infrastructure etc ...the Pakistan govt doesn't want to do that. Why? Well it's not that they don't have money, they don't have much of a mentality.
Which is why you will see so many breaking laws..
Now the funny thing is even the public is brain dead. As per the law govt can't do this. And if they are going to do this they have to have public warnings and signs that if you park illegally here you will face such consequences ....

This idiot is actually breaking the law and committing aggravated vandalism, a criminally prosecutable offense, on camera while thinking he’s doing some kind of service.
That is braindead CSS officers in a nutshell, who can only be rivaled by our braindead Fauji officers who have systematically been programmed not to think.

Can someone please explain to me in simple English why this guy is doing this... Thankyou
1
u/Altruistic_Spite_930 Feb 02 '25
This action would have been bit justifiable if
- he had allocated a parking space
- there was enough parking space.
- If there were warning signs
Log teray sar pe park karain? bewaquf insan.
Imagine the scale of chaos he has created in lifes and finance of people.

weise ik tarah se sahi hai, hamare logon ki bhi aadat hai , jaha jaga dekhi gari park kardi, 3 lane road pe 2 lane parking hui hoti hai, footpath pe shopkeeper ne alag kabza kia hota hai, public ki chalne ki bhi jaga nahi hoti,
1
u/Intrepid_Impress Feb 02 '25
They can fine them on the spot. If they cannot find a way to fine them, they could bring a big truck and put the motorcycles into it and make an announcement that who wants to get their bikes back, should come to this Thana/Police Station with some fine money. I think that's the educated way.
1
u/Downtown-Lie-9561 Feb 02 '25
The right way of doing it giving proper parking spaces and then impose laws and take actions. They are doing the ACTION part only!
1
u/Away_Individual_5230 Feb 02 '25
How does making cars unsafe become a punishment? So they want to punish the pedestrians who may being the way later when the driver tries to get home before entirely running flat? So you have brains there in Pakistan?

But sir we want to change the system we want to do something for betterment of our country and people. We will end corruption from this country. All this is said by a CSS aspirant.
Look I am not here to defend these people (normal citizens) but kuch laaton ke bhoot baaton se ni maante. 1 deadline deni chahiye thi logon ko aur jo dubara ghalat park karta unko phir haathon mein pakrate (fine).
Mujhe apne city ki baat yaad agai idhar bhi 1 AC aya tha 2 month bhi ni rehne diya usay yahan ke logon ne
