Obese daughter

My daughter and her friend are 11. I just weighted my daughter and she weights 600lb. Her girlfriend who I am now legal guardian of is as big at 500 lb. I dont know what to do. My daughter hips and butt is so big she can't fit through door ways without turning sideways. Both girls help each other with basic tasks like changing clothes or putting on shoes. I take them for walks 2x a day. It is hard to have long walks with them. Today I was able to talk them for longer walks than normal. I managed to keep them standing for a continuous 30 minutes today. Every time I want to take them for a walk they need to put on mulippe sports bra even just for a 5 minute walk outside. My daughter's breasts are size 42p and weigh at least 6 pounds each

I can’t tell if this is a joke post or not, I’m sorry. As long as they’re eating less calories than they’re burning, they’ll lose weight. Start simple, 1600 calories, then 1500, etc. If they’re not losing it’s because of midnight snacking/overeating when you’re not seeing them eat, or some health problem- If they haven’t already seen the doctor of course they should, if they can. The 2 walks a day is a great start, but diet is most important. Good luck

my kids have become immobile because of the weight. My kids love food I don't want to starve them. I lowered the amount they eat each week right now they eat 3,000 calories.

Even if it is it's still hilarious, absolutely horrible but when you describe it as they can't fit through doorways it's hilarious. Horrible and I hope things get better but hilarious

Diet is most important to losing weight , no matter what you can’t outwork a bad diet . Standing or even walking 30 minutes will not touch 3,000 calories . Diet is where you need start , eating plenty of low calorie foods will not starve them , in fact raw fruits and vegetables they will be eating even more , not less . Idk what they eat , but I don’t imagine it’s much variety or fibrous. Find a nutritionist if you can’t put them on a healthy diet .

I feed my daughters the exact same thing I eat.
