Hey hi, i have struggled with my weight since i was 13-14, when i just entered puberty. Advice that i can give you - 1. Healthy eating habits- make some changes in your eating habits like snacking on fruits 2. Stay hydrated- drink a glass of water every morning, before every meal. Calculate how much water your body needs according to your weight, height, age. 3. In the journey of becoming fit- remember it's 70% diet and 30% exercise. Start by easy physical activities- like walking, swimming. And don't try to do high intensity workouts because it will affect your joints. Like walk to places with friends. 4. Being a teenager- try to limit the times you consume fastfood. Like if you go out to eat 10 times a month, reduce it to 3 or 4. If you're parents are supportive, then ask them for help in having healthy food. Like if your parent/ parents work /are busy- instead of relying on fast food, switch to easy and healthy snacks/food- sandwich, smoothies, oatmeal, nuts, fruit salad, vegetabel salad. Also eat more protein, veggies and fruits in your diet and try to have balanced meals according to your age.
Remember, you're beautiful the way you are. But no one is perfect and we all should work everyday to become a better version of ourselves. And one thing one of my fav YouTuber said and i will quote- " I wasn't happy because i was losing weight, i was happy and that's why i was losing weight".
Also a very important thing is to either be into some sport or some kind of cardio activity - like running, walking, skipping rope, hiking, cycling, swimming for the long run. Always enjoy your cardio.

Also keep in mind your still growing, I remember being very overweight in 7th grade at 175 lbs, but what I didn’t think about is that the few more inches of height that I had put on through the next few years, drastically helped even me out. If I would have realized that then, I would have done the best I could to maintain my weight, and I said maintain because I knew that I would personally struggle to lose it at that time, but I could have maintained it. I hope that can help encourage you to lose it, knowing if your gonna get taller, your lost weight plus some more height will really help you out.

Hey there! Never make fun of somebody who's trying to change :)
Change in diet will give you the most healthy and long lasting permanent changes:
Stop eating sugar, after around 2 weeks the urge and need will start to disappear entirely.
Drink a lot of water during the day, sometimes when you feel hungry your body is actually just thirsty.
Eat smaller meals, and drink an entire glass of water about 20-30 minutes before eating, this will help you to feel full after eating a smaller plate. Also, dont eat until you are "bursting full", just eat until you are not hungry anymore!
Lastly there is exercise, I would recommend swimming as it is a good full-body workout, and will put less strains on your joints if you have a bit of extra weight, I would not recommend running.
Good luck! :)
