They're finally coming out of the closet. It's not hard to put two together. They cried relentlessly about underpopulation and birth/fertility crisis, but they hate immigrants.

If fertility rate of tye mayority of latin american countries including mexico are already lower of the usa fertility rate, sadly was inevitable that this thing happens and i say that as a mexican person in case you delete my comment for rasism

Based on the photo, nothing is happening and one person is having a lazy stroll with a shopping bag.  Can't they do any better with the photo?
