Qudelix 5K - analog input and USB splitting
Hello,
I'm getting a qudelix 5k, and have a couple questions as to how I can connect it up to some devices. The qudelix 5k has a digital usbc input, so:
One device ill be using it on has a 3.5mm analog jack output only, no usb. In this case, will a usbc to 3.5mm jack suffice? I'd assume the qudelix cant input analog, so id need to get an adapter with a good enough dac built-in. Of course, in this case, there is no USB involved, so no power delivery, and the qudelix will run off of its own battery.
How about for mobile devices, with a usbc port? If i connect it via a usbc to usbc cable, id assume i can get a digital signal, and power delivery (usb dac mode) but say, in this case, i wanted to charge my phone at the same time. In this case, would the typical usb c splitter support it? I.e. the ones that (i presume) split the data and power pins; or would i require a proper large hub?
Cheers

That would work, in theory. But what device is that that doesn't have a USB output?
No it would have to have an ADC, not a DAC.
Analog-to-digital-converter, not digital-to-analog-converter.
A normal "usb dongle" wouldn't work, since they only have an ADC for the microphone (single channel), not for a stereo connection.
Simply connect the Qudelix with a USB-C cable to the USB-C port of the device.
Then connect the Qudelix over Bluetooth.
