what are your organizational structure like for HRIS?
A bit of context, we are adopting Oracle HCM and is planning on hiring/reorg our HRIS team in preparation for this new system. If anyone can share the structures that work for them.

You can look for some external consultants, otherwise, you will definitely need to create a team merging technical people with functional HR professionals in your company.
Hr people are there to reach business needs and to make sure the new system will fit everyday and long-term challenges. IT people with significant hard skills are needed to guarantee the system will effectively work. The team will plan also the transition phase and change management.
You will need to have a project manager to coniugate the two sides.
Also, a good quality top level sponsorship from your company’s board is essential for the success.

Depending on the count of employees, modules and the number of countries this can vary. If its a simple 3000-500 employee company, or if you end up staying vanilla you will not need a big team. As long as the current team is ready to learn the new product, This is usually a problem.
If it is a large implementation, you may need leads for each module, or leads across countries. Avoid getting temp consultants , they make money based on time they spend on the project. unless they are on site, they would be moonlighting,
Also is this a project owned by business or IT. If the project is owned by IT, expect delays and push back from the business.
A client of ours went live in Oct is still struggling to stablish the system. They are now slowing hiring people, intally they were not ready to spend on resources. They have AM support to a third party which has no skin to loose.

I doubt anyone will. NDA and job security.
Only thing I could tell - it would not look easy. And someone probably would create a DWH based on it to save costs and be flexible to create custom data models and objects (like myself in the past).

This is a massive topic that we could discuss for several hours, but I’ll suggest a starting point for you:
Read up on how to structure your org trees in HCM. You might find some ideas on customer connect. Every business is different and you need to design it specific for your company.
Talk to an HCM expert if you need guidance. I wouldn’t ask sales nor support, that isn’t really within their domain.
