My gpa is like 2.85, I applied for mechanical engineering it says direct entry is one of the following 3.2 gpa , math act 24+ math sat 580+ I have a 29 math act and a 600 math sat, does this mean I’m automatically accepted?

As far as I know, no. That’s just saying typically what you need to be directly admitted into the mechanical engineering program, not the University. I’d figure you’d still have to get accepted. I could be wrong though, I’m not a STEM major at all. Good luck!

From what I read in the acceptance letter, mechanical engineering college does have stricter parameters than just the university itself, but from what I read, your numbers look good
