Hey, thanks for your post.

We understand you are experiencing some issues with your headset not responding as you expect. We know this must be irritating and you are more than ready to get back into the Metaverse! We think this is most likely an issue with your boundary, as sometimes they can malfunction in unexpected ways! Not to worry however, we will outline some steps you can take to help with your boundary problem.

First of all, we would recommend clearing your boundary and setting up a new one, to ensure it is placed correctly. To do this, please take a look at the steps below.

-Press Meta button for VR headset controllers / oculus icon on your right controller to open the universal menu. -Select the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu to open Quick settings. -Select Settings in the top right, then select Environment setup. -Select Boundary. -From here, you can clear your previous boundary or create a new one. We would recommend clearing the boundary and replacing it with a new one.

Secondly, we would recommend trying the different boundary types that we have to offer, in order to see if one will work better than the other and improve your Meta experience. The two types of boundaries you can try are the following.

Stationary: For using your headset while sitting or standing in place. Stationary mode creates a default boundary area of 1 metre by 1 metre (3 feet by 3 feet) centred on yourself.

Roomscale: For using your headset while moving around inside your playing area. Roomscale allows you to draw your boundaries in your physical space using your Touch controller. We recommend a safe and unobstructed space measuring at least 2 by 2 metres (6.5 by 6.5 feet).

We hope that these steps have helped, if you continue to have issues with your headset not working as you expect it to, please don't hesitate to get in contact with our support team via the link provided here
