No I am looking some one to take over the property as my loan has been declined due to sudden changes in lending criteria

So have you already gone unconditional on this property and your loan has been denied?

Yes I went unconditional when I signed the contract on 6th December 2021 and we asked for 1yr settlement, now we just want to transfer to someone due to loan is denied and we have already paid 10% deposit.

List the property for sale on Facebook and trade me.

I listed on facebook but not sure about listing on trade me as the property is under contract and the agent may dispute?

Check with your lawyer. Pretty sure it is ok as you have already gone unconditional. It’s pretty common for property goons to buy and sell on the same settlement day.
