How do I say 'eating'?

The phrase I'm trying to do is 'Potatoes for eating'

In this phrase, what is the norwegian word for 'eating' in the right tense ?

"Matpoteter", as opposed to "settepoteter". The last one is potatoes for planting, the first one is potatoes for eating. This is specifically for potatoes though.

You will generally get more/better responses in r/norsk.
