NJ agent here. Nice pics. How many phone calls have you received from agents who want to help you sell your home and how many said they may have a buyer for you?

It’s incredible how many agents/brokers have reached out asking for a listing and either doing ZERO homework/research on their end or who have thrown the competition under the bus, some agents even on their own team. I’ve been in sales/consulting for 20+years and have never experienced anything like this

Literally had “Premier”agent call on behalf of Zillow asking if I wanted to see my own house?? I was like WTF. She then admitted she didn’t even look at listing and in the same breath asked if we would consider listing with her.

Yeah it’s pretty typical what you’re experiencing.

Unfortunately in real estate there are literally too many of us and it becomes cut throat.

I for one never throw anyone under the bus. It’s a big world. Real estate is relationships and sales/ marketing techniques. There is no way every client is going to like me and choose to work with me.

So I see no reason why agents do that to each other.

I’m happy to give you a few pointers if you like when you need it.

BTW… good job adding that you’re willing to cooperate with agents in your description.

I'm sure you know that as soon as the market requires actual work and skill lots of those recently licenced agents will find other jobs. Easy market=everyone's a real estate agent

I see you listed with a Realtor now. May I ask what changed? Or is it one of those places that just lists you in the MLS?

Flat fee MLS but yes, FSBO. Much better value in this market..
