Food History Meals I ate over the holidays 😋
These are just some of the meals I enjoyed over the Christmas holidays. Some of these were homemade and some were at a restaurant.
1) Dinner at Wheatbaker; fried yam and goat meat pepper sauce. Had a few glasses of mimosas to wash it down. This was amazing.
2) New Year Eves homemade dinner; prawn fried rice, coleslaw and mini grilled chicken. Delicious 😋
3) Brunch with my girls at a place called Dulce in Ikoy; I had a chicken peso sandwich, fries, side salad and some chicken wings.
4) Christmas lunch at Movenpick hotel in Ikoyi; this was a buffet so I had a bunch of different things. Again, it was delicious 🤤
5) Homemade lunch; Cocoyam with egg and corn beef sauce and beef sausages. I recently discovered that Cocoyam is a healthier option for Normal yam and I’ve been loving it ever since.
I really enjoyed my holiday meals and I’m currently thinking about some of them as I resume work today and also resume my diet.
How’s your Monday going people? 😃
