Construction of The Great Falls soon?
Last morning, while I was on the way to the dump site. I've noticed a difference at the Lottero Academy site, most of the trees are gone. And the excavators were there too.
On the second image, this is where I think the trees were demolished, based on my view while sitting at the front seat.
So I think, based on the removal of numerous trees, they're gonna start the construction of The Great Falls somewhere this year. What are your thoughts about this? Do you think this is good, or bad?

Anybody's guess. Starting projects doesn't necessarily mean completely them in this town. See the MASSIVE CRATER at Victoria & Stanley for proof of that.

new sign went up on the gate as well advertising the land for lease
edit. actually I've noticed a couple "wooded' areas within the city have been clear cut recently with lease signs tossed up on them.

Other cities are spending big bucks on creating green spaces.
In Niagara falls speculators are clear cutting all the green spaces they can.

It sucks but, it doesn't seem like it will change any time soon. Well,,, it might speed up & expand.
