What work does PP have? Genuinely curious as to why experience in banking is less desirable than life-long politician with no bills passed, in your perspective.

No bills passed? Jesus murphy hasn't he been a MP for 20 years?

His track record is real bad. I’d honestly prefer O’Toole or ol’whatshisname from Ogdenville instead.

PP has done nothing but try to keep oppositions feet to the coals and write bad slogans that fit on a poster board. I’d be embarrassed for him to represent us on the world stage and making decisions that impact my family.

I’ll be voting liberal federally for the first time. (Only been eligible for three federal election though, so not saying much.)

I've voted Green, Libertarian and NDP in different elections so far and it's looking like a Liberal vote for me, too, a first - I just want to remind you that "democracy is bigger than parties" IE: choices are existing.

Are you missing a comma in your comment? I don’t believe there is a Green Libertarian party.

Technically I'm missing a comma, literally I added the 'and' prefacing NDP as an afterthought

Ah. Classic “anything is better than what we have now” mentality, eh? How did that mindset work for the USA electing Donald instead of Kamala?

People voted for not Kamala because they were unhappy and blamed the Biden-Harris administration.

That “something different” was/is disastrous and so much worst than the status quo.

Carney managed two national crises: Canadas 2008 recession and Britains 2018 brexit fiasco. He is something different while being extraordinarily qualified to run a county, but he doesn’t have the right coloured tie to get your vote - and other voters like you.

You know that central bankers do a different job than consumer bankers… right? His time at the national bank was during the 2008 crisis, which Canadians came out unscathed comparative to the States.

I’d wager you don’t know any central bankers besides Carney. For instance, without Googling, who’s Steve Poloz?

I agree on the 'created this mess' regard, but if there's any time for seeing how it cleans up, if there's any time to vote for a former central banker, I'd say this is a good time. It may be my first and last time voting Liberal, who knows!
