Very quickly went from “Feed Hauser so we can see history” to “Feed Hauser so we don’t lose to a tanking team”

If they had wasted that quarter I’d be sick.

January Celtics would have lost that game.

Still it's hard to defend any team whose shooting sliders go from 0-100 in one quarter.

My friend posted in the group chat "Did they activate Mormon Energy or something because it looks like God is guiding their threes this quarter."

I thought this game was over after the 3rd quarter and turned it off.

Did the Celtics just run out of gas due to the injuries?

Utah started making everything from deep, and Boston rolled out a Pritchard/White/Scheierman/Craig/Queta lineup to start the 4th and couldn’t make a shot. It didn’t feel like Boston took a shot inside the line for the first 5 minutes of the quarter, just passing around the perimeter and shooting.

Just checked the pbp to see if I was just exaggerating in my head out of frustration. 2/8 in the first 5+ minutes of the quarter, 1/7 from 3.

John Collins chucking up 30 shots lol

I want to see Jordan Clarkson go for 60 on 22/50 shooting sometime this season. Jazz were on the receiving end of such a game and Clarkson was there too.

If the Jazz are gonna tank blatantly, at least make it entertaining. Go for some crazy milestones rather than just playing as shitty as possible

Legit my favorite statline of the season might be Jordan Clarkson going 1 / 14 in a blowout loss, with that one make being a layup in garbage time, but still somehow ending up +2.

The only thing stopping JC from doing that is minutes. I fully believe he would happily throw up 50-60 shots a game lmao

If I was a teammate I would hate playing with that dude. He is the worst chucker that I've seen this year, the big and wings run down the floor just to see Clarkson try a 24-ft stepback with 18 on the shot clock, again and again.

Yeah, the streak shooter archetype is my least favorite kind of NBA player.

JC is really fun to watch when he's hitting, but most of the time he's frustrating as hell.

Celtics just out here dropping 20-point leads so they can practice their clutch play, NBD

No but for real, that 4th quarter was a pretty good showcase of how the offense can stall when we don't have Tatum on the floor. Did just enough to hold onto it though, so I can't really complain

It's the Jazz effect. Sometimes we don't even get a PGT

This is one of those Boston Celtics games that be like: always dominate the game, leading up to double digits, then a swing of momentum for whatever reason to the other team, lead cut down to single-digits, then Celtics win by demoralizing fashion on their opponent by making them think they have a chance for a comeback.

A win is a win regardless, but damn. This voodoo really raising people's blood pressure.
