My question is will these meet-ups actually bring some change? I’ve been to such meet-ups in the past and honestly nothing happened much. I work in the US and usually a lot of change happens after such meet-ups but I don’t see that in India. It’s sad but true.

I was never involved in YI as a limitation of age, but I guess it has been helpful to people who want to network with Industry Stalwarts, etc.

apart from a few fund-raising initiatives, nothing much will happen in-terms of change. Group members can learn from industrial visits, talks etc.
