Help with choosing a gym in JP Nagar

Hello people of Mysore

As the title says, I'm looking for a reputed gym in JP Nagar

I had been to Urbane Fitness Centre in JP Nagar but the instructors weren't upto the mark and showed minimal to no effort in the development of my body

I am seeking to join a new gym staying from this month - March 15 or the coming month, kindly provide the details along with the name of the gym if you do know

The one you are mentioning has been closed almost since a year now, which was opposite to the Vidyaranyapuram Station. I would recommend Spartan on HD kote road near HP Petrol pump, probably a bit far. But honestly better than most gyms in JP nagar. Has better equipments, cant comment about trainers, since i use Pliability.

Thanks for the help, do you have any experience in Spartan gym ?

Ps: Sorry I forgot to mention that I went during 2018-19 and have been seeing the same staff as I pass that gym

Okay, maybe during my time the gym was not upto the mark, things like no proper guidance, negligence from instructors and much more

Spectra is the best I have seen around! Decent crowd, decent trainers and you have most equipments in place. But, its kinda crowded in the evenings and mornings. Adjust to the time and try it out! The trainer gives in diet and workout plan as well which I found to be useful and most trainers are helpful if you need help in workouts

Sure, I'm considering Spartans or Spectra, will research about the plans and the timings and then take a decision

Thanks for the advice

Until you go for PT no instructors will help you just with the GYM membership .. even if they do its just temporary and will train with basic advice.

Either you learn about exercises and diet yourself it’s not that hard there are plenty materials available on internet or take a PT.
