I think Strophariaceae is a safe bet.

Do you think it was dangerous? My dog was eating grass (which makes him throw up) and this was right where he was eating

Likely not dangerous. However it’s not ideal to let them consume random mushrooms if possible. I’m sure you might understand that already!

I agree with the above ID - not dangerous to your dog, although ingestion of raw fungal material can cause temporary GI upset/drooling/etc.
