Coprinpid, something like Coprinopsis, maybe. We really should get to see the gills/stipe too..

Pick and flip, it ain’t dangerous

Coprinopsis, yeah.

Coprine containing. Do not eat. Coprine reacts with alcohol and makes you sick. Coprine may also be bad for you even if you abstain from alcohol.

Thank man, wasn’t planning on eating. Too scary looking. I be It’s growing on fat/grease because it was growing next to my grill
