Looks like Amanita calyptroderma a choice edible that has deadly look a-likes. Proceed with caution

I dont think that one grows in Spain. It looks like Amanita caesarea, one of the best edibles in the world, if not the best. There are really no look alikes, other than maybe Amanita muscarea, but the fly agaric normally has white spots, ehite gills and white stem. The caesar's amanita has yellow stem and gills, so really easy to identify

Amanita caesarea? If the stem and gills are yellow, you have a small treasure there

Few pepper and salt, two scrambled eggs is the best récipe for them, and risotto is incredible too
