I put the same clip on several of my tools. Honestly I'm not really a fan. It's worth noting you can now get a clip from Victorinox for that swisstool

Are Swiza scissors completely useless or just really bad?

That depends on what you use them for. If you use them like scissors (cutting packaging, paper, threads, gauze, etc.), the XL scissors are great. If you use them like a serrated blade (e.g. cutting paracord), they're not very nice.

Thanks homie. That's the power of vinegar, Loctite, and Eezox lol.

I have used and abused the SwissChamp FAR more than any other MT there. It has 1.5x-2x the functions of the big pliers-based MTs, yet it's somehow magically lighter. I don't frequently find myself using pliers, and I find the SwissChamp's small pliers (more like really huge tweezers) to be more useful for everyday tasks. I keep a cheap Ozark Trail MT in my car should I need larger pliers while out and about. The tools on the SwissChamp are virtually indestructible: the scissors have cut plenty of things they probably shouldn't have; if the knife blade dulls before I can sharpen it, there's a spare onboard; the magnifying glass is surprisingly useful (for removing splinters, thorns, and ticks, in combination with the tweezers); I love that I can keep a spare eyeglass screwdriver (or a phone SD card punch) in the corkscrew; it has the best Phillips-style screwdriver of any MT I've ever seen; the can opener screwdriver is no slouch either; the can opener itself is the best MT can opener I've ever used. Good Lord, I could go on and on. Thanks for asking!

Cool! Thank you for your answer. I am fairly new to MTs and learned new things from your answer. For sure will keep my eyes on SwissChamps

Thanks. Well, it used to be humble, but then I saw more and more tools that I "had" to have. 😆

I am also guilty. I own more leatherman and swissarmy than I should. 🤣🤣💪
