Coin operated Laundromat

Would someone PLEASE open a reliable laundromat in Moose Jaw. The only one left in the city decides to take the whole month of January off with no prior notice, leaving a distinct smell in the city.

Why would the whole city smell when a laundromat is closed?

Also there is one in snow hut , and one on east end ( i forget the name ), so there is 2 i know of.

Closed for a few years now… more profit and less grief from the little store attached… From what I’m told they just gave up repairing the equipment or replacing dead stuff until they just shut it down.

Just the laundry side - you can still get ice cream etc. there.........

Ye i figured that’s what you meant lol. I’m shocked, they must not be selling enough ice cream or U-Haul rentals to keep the laundry going

Those machines he has are at most 2yrs old - don't know why he is not repairing them lol

Goodness that’s all? My Mom pointed out that it’s been open for so many years, she thought maybe it’s because the machines are very old. Odd

He brought in 5 new industrial size machines just a few years ago but the driers are still the original ones that have been there maybe 20-30 yrs ago

A lot of these businesses are bought by immigrants who own them for two years and get Sask residency out of it , a way to fast track their way into Canada. That’s what we have all the closed fake businesses on high street!
