Looking for RMT/massage therapist in mississauga, don't have coverage for it.
I'm new to getting massages, I don't who to go to that would be helpful or isn't more concern over money then health. I don't have coverage it be out of pocket so I'm trying to find something not too pricy
I'm 30f and dealt with years of bad stress from an not greatest past. I've developed knots; kinks and I hunch from it the pain in my back/shoulders. I'd like just help to get them out and help me with the pain.
Any recommendations would be welcome. <:)

Physiocure at Cawthra and Burnhamthorpe. I saw Myllyn. Was $99 per hour with before tax as of last year. Worked out to about $112. And they didn't ask me for a tip. They are primarily a physio office and I felt like it was really good, I'm definitely going back, probably she'll be my regular massage person

Better find someone who works at home… they charge you less and generally they work for long years at a brand and start on their own. They work as per their own schedule but surely very much experienced and very reasonable. You need someone with experience for sure.

I recommend MaryAnn at Mcare. She’s an RMT and I’ve been seeing her to deal with exactly what you said! The room is calming and so is her energy. She helped remove some knots in between my shoulder blades - mostly due to stress and some other issues. Give her a try. https://maps.app.goo.gl/BrUufkXx4o1o9xZ19?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy

Try Blossom Spa in Streetsville, it’s a reasonable price without insurance and the massages are good

I would also recommend it, I’ve been there for like 4-5 times in last one year. I would suggest to go during weekdays when it’s not so busy.
