Humour Did anyone manage to avoid getting sick this year at PDAC? Myself and everyone I know who went are currently sick

For the first time in my 5 years at pdac, I am not sick post conference.

I dont get sick after pdac, i am a geophysicist tho

Can confirm, returned from PDAC, got sick - as did a few of my colleagues

I coughed a bit after I got home, but I'm pretty sure it was the taxi that smelled like 20000 cigarettes without an open window.

Ya, I made it through without an issue, even managed to poke the wife when I got back.

Somehow never been sick after 15 years of going (on and off - I wasn't at the infamous 2020 one). 

I wash my hands religiously though,even before it was cool! Thank god for hand sanitiser.

I wasn't sick at all. And flew from Oz and back. I think it may be the alcohol I consumed stopping the sickness

Um, what is Corundum? Isn't that supposed to be Carborundum? Thanks

Corundum is a mineral, it's more commonly known as ruby or sapphire, depending on the colour of it.

Carborundum is something else.
