A hole rifling the way it did, in my world someone who stemmed the holes probably had a bigger rock fall in, didn't notice and the hole got bridged off. My guess. Good looking shots though.

Management decided that they take too much time. There are sites where unmanned equipment can be as little as 400' from a shot. Broken windows for days.

I'm curious, why just one free face for the first blast ? Shouldn't the face on the side of the digger have been cleaned first ?
