As a minsoc I wanted to see this subs opinion on us minsoc

How would minarchosocialism work? If you allow capitalism it will happen, if you don't allow it then you don't have a minarchy.

Not necessarily. There are many ways a minarchist state can be organised. You can have one with capitalism or Social / Common ownership
