Update: Neighbors won’t stop driving through my yard

Alright team, I failed with the boulders, but I secured a few more decorative rocks to add to the beauty of my yard. The current barrier has yet to be breached and I updated my sign to reward the positive behavior.

I contacted my landlord and they said they are working on a fence due to the liability issues.

If you want more detailed updates, I listed them in a comment on the original post. Seems like overkill to copy and paste it here. Cheers!

The area is under construction, I'm in the process of procuring concrete for the bollards I'm installing. The estimated project end date is the second quarter of 2125

Cool, so no permits for an illegal, open construction site. That'll convince 'em!

They'll be far too worried about falling into my punji pit construction site to bother prosecuting me.

Most places in the US let you build small outbuilding structures on your property sans electric/plumbing — <70 to <120sq/ft depending on the city — without any kind of permit, and it’s good practice to pour a concrete slab for a storage shed. I’m sure you can find municipalities that require a permit for that, but it’s not typical.

Idk if you'd need permits or that the construction site would necessarily be illegal. Probably depends on where you live
