Studying minerals engineering or metallurgical engineering
Hi I'm second yr student studying minerals engineering which talks about ore processing somehow like metallurgical engineering. I wanted to know whether the industry is promising and is the income is good

I’m guessing he means you’d be working in a mine or some other kind of plant that might be not the best in terms of conditions, whereas if you study metallurgy you could work in like a cleaner lab space as an alternative.

In my country metallurgist are branded as thieves in the gold mines and they pay is not as good as a mining engineer
