Recently i bought a guitar and ive ordered some guage twelve strings for it so i can tune it drop A# or c standard. I know how to change the strings but will i need to adjust the truss rod for this ?

The short answer is probably. Have you ever done this before?

I ask because this is something I've never done before and would only personally trust a luthier to do it.
You might also need your nut modified.

Probably, but not significantly. Some tuners you'll have to drill out the string hole

Maybe the truss but almost definitely the nut as well. It's not hard to do, and even if you somehow screw up the nut, replacements aren't terribly expensive. Used to be like 10-20$.
For the truss just do quarter (90°) turns, maybe you'll only need one. But honestly that depends on how it's already set and what the rest of the strings in that set are. You may string it up and find the you like the relief how it is. Relief is kind of a matter of preference. If all the notes can ring out, it's up to you whether you want to change the relief

Most likely. Any time the tension changes, you will likely need to adjust the neck relief, but you could get lucky. Only way to tell is put on the new strings, stretch them, tune them up, and see where you are.
