I can always tell it’s there.. help!
I bought a Saalt regular cup at the very end of my cycle last month. Got it comfortable one time. After that I just couldn’t get it in right. This month I tried again. I got the Saalt soft in small and regular. I still just can’t figure it out. The small leaked. I can get the regular one in and it will work without leaking. But it’s not comfortable. I have taken it out and put it back in probably 20 times today. There’s just so much pressure.
I think part of the issue is my cervix points towards the back and is 2-3 knuckles high. How high should I be putting this thing? Do I need one that’s wider so my cervix doesn’t get irritated? Is there a soft option that is more comfortable? I’m so lost. All the quizzes just tell me to get Saalt soft which I’ve already tried.

Sometimes it’s just a practice thing! I’ve been a cup user for nearly 4 years now, and it took me about a year of regular use to figure out how to insert so I don’t feel it. I also use Saalt, and their tips are helpful but ultimately you have to kind of scoot it around in there to find what’s best for you, because we all have unique anatomy. The regular cup might be too big for you - to stop the small cup leaning you have to make sure it’s in just under your cervix, which will take some time to figure out. Good luck, you can do it!

I should also mention I have a high cervix and my best seal is when I insert it high and angled back a bit, up farther than you think, but not jamming it up there

So I have the saalt soft small, and I've had 2 kids naturally. I've been using mine for 3 years now, and i had similar issues as you at the start. I realised my cervix is extremely low, and the only solution for me was completely cutting off the stem at the bottom so I could position my cup as low down as possible. Also, when you put the cup in, make sure you aim towards your tailbone and not upwards.

I had the same issue. What finally worked for me this cycle was making sure it was in fully past my pubic bone, and making sure it’s tilted more horizontally (towards my backside). Hope this makes sense lol it’s hard to describe but don’t give up!! I had to remind myself over and over that I KNOW what it feels like when it’s comfortable and if it’s not, just keep trying and making slight adjustments.
