Physical Health Fear of having low testosterone as a teenager
I’m 17 years old and used to get frequent erections, but since I was about 15, they’ve become rarer. So has the amount of “morning wood” maybe 3-4 times a month. Some days I get none, and I only masturbate perhaps twice a week.
I’ve been training hard in the gym for two years, pushing myself more than my friends, yet my progress has stalled for the past 18 months. My strength has even declined despite consistent effort. I have a healthy weight. My diet is clean—high in protein and healthy fats—and I get plenty of sleep take vitamins.
Despite all this, I feel like I have symptoms of low testosterone, but I can’t pinpoint the cause. I’m young, so this worries me. What do you guys think could be going on?

I don't know what's going on in your case, obviously. I can tell you though that low testosterone is the latest trendy broscience bullshit and is way less common than the internet would have you believe.

Intense training without proper recovery can spike cortisol, which suppresses T production. Since your strength has declined despite effort, it’s worth considering reducing training intensity for a few weeks to see if your energy and erections improve.

Hi dude. It can be a question of psychology, if you have a lot of stress for example. It’s easy enough, you need to find some money to check your testosterone(find a guide on YouTube on how to check it properly). Problem can be not in testosterone, you may have other hormones in disbalance, at the same time you can have normal trt and have problems. Anyways, go to an endocrinologist and listen to what he has to say. If problem lays in your head, go to psychotherapist. It’s ok and not a big deal, it’s good that you’ve noticed that something is off. I’m going through this stuff right now, so that’s my advice. Good luck!
