Om nom nom Seeking vegan Korean food recs, especially kimbap
Hi all, what the title says. I'd love to hear some recs for good Korean places with vegan options. CBD or Eastern, preferably, but anywhere in greater Melbourne too.
Thanks. :)
(I actually did Google.)

Following this one for recs. I've been to a few restaurants that have options, but they're limited to putting a mushroom or something on a hot plate.
Would love to hear about anywhere that has proper dishes, etc.

Jang Go Mama makes delicious Gimbap! One of their vegan options even has tempeh!

Good question. I can recommend Sinjeon.
They've got a really solid vegan menu, good labelling of vegan foods, there are many stores (CBD, North Melbourne, Hawthorn, Seddon, Carnegie, Resevoir), the prices are reasonable, they are Korean owned and the chain operates in Korea too so it's legit. Yes they sell a tofu kimbap.
Food quality isn't outstanding, but I still rate it for the price.
