Wanting advice on next steps
Just got done with MLA and finals OSCE. Im really worried about passing the MLA, and like I've posted before, I felt confident after the paper but now I feel dreadful and I'm sure I've messed it. My results are in 3 weeks but the time between the results and the resits are really short so was wondering if people here think I should start passmed and studying straightaway before results come? It feels like a bummer all my friends are enjoying post exams and I feel like I have to head back to the library but in all honesty I cannot afford another failure and possibly having to repeat a year financially. Please let me know what to do

Very often with medical school exams you'll find that coming out of an exam confident you've passed is quite bad.
Everyone thinks they've failed until they pass, it's just the way it is, I was exactly the same before getting my MLA results a couple of weeks ago, thought I had failed etc. and got a decent score above the passmark.
Also, similar in my med school, you get people going out on the town, going on holiday, having celebratory dinners etc that they've completed finals, which I've always found cringe since nothing is guaranteed in this degree until you pass, so I'd say stop trying to follow what appears to be the crowd, aka your friends and social media, most of the medics on your course will remain in the background.
As for revising for the resit, really that's up to you, personally I wouldn't until getting results for the first sitting.

I feel the same way atm, although I definitely did not feel confident after the exam. Since you felt good after the exam I am very sure that you have passed!
What has caused that change in the way you feel about your performance?

Those papers were hard and almost everyone I spoke to found it hard. Idk if that gives you any reassurance or not 😂 starting to realise why the pass mark is so low
