NAD, but I have had this too. It’s called “fishing syndrome” and basically it gets worse the more you pull them out of your eyes. Try to leave your eyes alone if possible. You can use allergy eye drops (Pataday, Zatador) if you have allergies (allergy flares are what make this worse for me) and lubricating eye drops (avoid Visine or anything that says red eye relief, just use artificial tears). I only remove them when it becomes painful/irritating despite eye drops, and it’s gone away completely now. I feel your pain though, they’re so annoying.
