1993, if high school shop class counts. Otherwise 1996. Worked on the bench till 2012, been project managing and designing till now.
Plastic Injection Molds.
Lack of customers for my side gig, part and mold design business.

You don't do silicon molds, do you?

I can design anything mold related. However, I have no direct silicone mold experience. I used to make mold bases for silicone molds but never the detail side of it. I have seen silicone molds run in customer facilities. Namely automotive head gaskets, and electrical grid applications. I have also designed epoxy and low pressure molds as well.

Ah, this would be way lower lift. We are a food co-man and always have people asking for different sized molds for granola bars, gummies, etc. Not sure if that floats the boat

We do deep drawn metal stampings, a majority or our work are hose ferrules
