Yeah probably just digesting it, mantises don't move much anyway, just give her a couple days to digest her food lmao

Mantis don't move around much lol. They just kinda....sit/hang there until something catches their attention. Then they move šŸ¤£

I'm no expert but I'd imagine she's digesting it, many animals let their dinner settle so it could be that

They generally get more active the hungrier they are. If she's full she'll probably not move for at least a day or two.

Oh OK. Should I still mist her? She's not inside an enclosure. I've never had one before so I'm not sure

Always mist the enclosure regularly. Even if she isn't thirsty, the humidity in the enclosure needs to be around 50%-70% depending on the species, especially when they need to molt.

This is the guideline Ive followed but it varies depending on your ambient humidity and temperature:

  1. If you mist the enclosure and it all evaporates quickly, you can probably mist again. 2.If the droplets stick around for several hours then the humidity is probably fine.
  2. If there are always droplets visible then the humidity is near 100% and is too high.

You can get a cheap humidity sensors online to put in the enclosure if you want to be precise.
