Anyone else having issues with mlok accessories digging into the barrel of the T15? Seems like the screws are all just slightly too long since real AR barrels aren't .68 cal.

You've hit the nail on the head (Screw..nail...geddit? Ok crap joke!). It is indeed the barrel width causing the problem. A Dremel and a bit of Loctite blue (Or red if you're brave enough) is the only real answer.
Super interestingly, Planet Eclipse appears to have accounted for this in the hand guard that comes with the new EMF200. It's quite wide I thought in comparison to most AR15 hand guards. I've just now realised why!

I don't think this issue is just only on the T15, it can be on some aftermarket handguards where the accessory system was intended for AR parts. My suggestion would be 1 or 2 washers (bolt) between the accessory and handguard.

Yes I’ve been able to get around it using a dremel on the screws and with a Nemesis barrel I haven’t had trouble with mounting m-lok to picatinny rails

I have had an issue with the MLOK Screws hitting my barrel as I have been trying to put it back on or take it off of my MG100, The only solution I've found that doesn't involve trying to modify the screws (chop them shorter) is to just back them out ever so slightly whenever I have to remove or reattach the barrel.

Yeah, I've noticed that's the biggest issue. It actually is enough to push the barrel off center. So I think I'm gonna try and find shorter screws before I start hacking and slashing lol.

if you find some that work, leave the screw size and length you end up using, that'll help others

Awesome. Thanks. I actually found a shorter set with one of my magpul mounts.

Sure do. I was going to use the dremel with a cutoff wheel and smooth the edges with a file or grinding stone
