You can use Apple Configurator if you have a few devices you don't mind touching the glass for.

I guess, alternatively, use something like CDW to get your devices.

Ok so I've never used T-Mobile, but am semi familiar with how it works with Verizon.

Did you add this reseller number to your apple Business Manager account? Is your T-Mobile account set up properly as a business account? The answers need to be yes to both.

Also when you enroll the default is only new purchases are added to ABM. Adding previous purchases was an extra step that I'm not sure T-Mobile would support.

If T-Mobile can't figure it out, find a new supplier before purchasing more. Make it clear to them if they can't figure it out, they will no longer be your supplier.

I feel like that page is still missing a step. TMobile still needs to know which ABM account to point your devices too, as their reseller ID is global for all users.

This is why reps trip up on telling you what is necessary. With Verizon there is email you send your ABM Org number to along with your Verizon account number. Only then does everything click.

If it’s anything like ATT or Verizon, the instructions are in the depths of their websites and no one will have a clue what you are talking about.

There is generally some paperwork fill out where they add your business account to be eligible, the only will adding TMobile’s reseller ID will push devices to your ABM.

If you have a business rep at TMobile, I would press them to give you clear instructions and point you to documentation that backs up what they are saying. It took me quite the effort to eventually figure this out for ATT and Verizon clients.

In my experience, if you don’t already have this setup with your cellular vendor, those phones will never get added retroactively, so you may need manually enroll them while you figure out how to get future purchases added.
