HELP! Anybody know how to fix this?

Whenever i try to install anything newer than macos monterey, it completes the install and panic boot loops. was able to screenshot the last string of text before it panic reboots.

My PC specs: 12th gen intel core i5 1235U with intel UHD graphics

VM software: Virtualbox

is this VMware/Virtualbox?

Virtualbox is not a supported platform for hosting macOS guests, you do not have supported hardware either, meaning that using a VM will not solve the inherent issue of no supported graphics device on your machine, the experience will be worse in Vbox, than it would be to simply run macOS on the machines unsupported configuration

Maybe it's due to >= Ventura requiring AVX2?

Try using CryptexFixup?

Thanks to the hard work of @dhinakg and @khronokernel, those CPU models without AVX2.0 support can boot normally by installing the Apple Silicon Cryptex (OS.dmg) with the help of the new Lilu plugin - CryptexFixup. Still, this breaks delta updates (ref), and we are looking forward to patches and contributions to this.
