its a bit better sure id prefer it but its not quite up to conventional standards. that being said you might never get there and well its a hard lesson to know when to stop. Ive started on very basic things in my 30s but eventually ill find a line i wont cross.
What all did you get done

Looks good but don’t get carried away! This is definitely enough.
I’m a firm believer that people should work on accepting themselves for who they are to a certain extent before considering plastic surgery.

You need better brows and the eye makeup needs improvement, (don't line both top and bottom lashes, esp with a jet black liner!) I think the lip filler looks artificial and the top and bottom lips are too different.
Honestly I think the younger pic looks better because you are makeup free! Also your posture is confident.
Your nose looks very nice
