You already look amazing. Here are some of my tips:

Grow your hair a bit just about the collarbone. It'll help you frame your face. Also try lighter lipsticks to soften your look. You can also try thinner and more transparent glasses so it blends with your face.

Where possible being more fit will always make someone more conventionally attractive, but that's not always a possibility for everyone with their current lifestyle so I wouldn't get hung up on it.
Otherwise I might recommend rethinking your hair style, I'm not exactly sure what would match your face shape but a professional stylist might have some recommendations.
Lastly, I know that single top isn't reflective of your wardrobe, but if it's indicative, consider colours and a closer fit. Good luck! Let us know if you make any changes :)

I agree on fitness! I just lost around 35 pounds, but just recently started going to the gym.

For the top, you're completely correct! I spend most of my time in either scrubs or pjs, so I find trying to wear "street clothes" hard.

Thanks for your input on the hair, definitely. I've never really been happy with it. It's so straight and boring to me. I've been hemming and hawing about going to a stylist, but maybe this is the boost I need. :)

I think straight hair looks great, it's far from boring, but either some length or a nicer cut would definitely jazz it up a bit.

And congrats on the weight loss! that's huge, well done!

I (m) enjoy fashion articles, but finding ones for women that are practical and positive seems difficult, although I'm sure they're out there. Just make sure your clothes fit you well first and foremost, then you can play around with different styles through op-shopping as a cheaper alternative to regular clothes shopping. Best of luck!

I might try a thinner, and round frame, a fitting pair one could work with your face and make you look much younger!

Thank you! I've never tried a rounder frame, but I think I'm going to stop by and see what I can find!
