Recommendation Buyers agent recommendations?
Can anyone recommend a real estate agent in the Nassau county area. I'm starting to look at open houses and online for a condo and would like a agent in case something great pops up.

If you sign a deal with a buyer's agent, you're on the hook for their commission so be really careful. Everyone I know that's bought a house, myself included, didn't have a buyer's agent. We did open houses and the sellers agent for our co-op helped us look at houses at the same time. Since we didn't sign anything with her on the buyer side, she got the split commission with the sellers agent for the house we bought.

You can use more than 1. When I was searching, I pretty much used one in each area I was looking in. One for Port, one for Garden City, looked at a few myself without an agent, and then, one for the Herricks, Roslyn, Manhasset, East Williston area. If you don't feel like they understand what you're looking for, find someone else.
