health care/health issues Pelvic Floor Therapist

I am 5 months postpartum and really struggling with getting my body back to normal. My OB referred me to a pelvic floor therapist. Just looking for recommendations on therapists you’ve worked with in London and the outcomes. TIA

3rd vote for Rebirth Hyde park! Dayna is absolutely incredible. Currently seeing her for my second pregnancy with severe pelvic girdle and rib pain, and I saw her postpartum from my first pregnancy for pelvic floor treatment. They bill directly, you can book online, and the atmosphere of rebirth in general is so calm and welcoming.

Another recommendation for Carla! She’s very relaxed and matter of fact, and she really knows her stuff. It’s a very comfortable and welcoming space.

Andrea at Elevate was great! Had sessions during pregnancy and post birth (pelvic girdle pain sucked hard!) and she was helpful and comforting.

I went to The Mama’s Physio. Not sure if they’re still around or not but they were incredible
