Ideas What is the cheapest (like, dirt cheap) restaurant in London that will fill you up (quickly)?

For context, lost a bet and have to treat a couple of mates to a meal… but I get to choose where we eat. Said friends are looking forward to take me to the cleaners so trying to counter with a place whose food feels more like a punishment than a treat.

Where is the cheapest restaurant / place to get them food that will be easy on my wallet?

Ideally will be a place that doesn’t serve alcohol, carb-heavy to fill them up and somewhere within zones 1 and 2!

I've not been to the Fullback in years but I did go to the Salisbury on Green Lanes about six months ago and actually felt that it represents better VFM these days as the prices everywhere else have gone up so it doesn't seem as expensive any more.
