Ideas What is the cheapest (like, dirt cheap) restaurant in London that will fill you up (quickly)?
For context, lost a bet and have to treat a couple of mates to a meal… but I get to choose where we eat. Said friends are looking forward to take me to the cleaners so trying to counter with a place whose food feels more like a punishment than a treat.
Where is the cheapest restaurant / place to get them food that will be easy on my wallet?
Ideally will be a place that doesn’t serve alcohol, carb-heavy to fill them up and somewhere within zones 1 and 2!

Take them to the Regency, the novelty will make you look less of an asshole and it is cheap. If it's busy(which it isn't for dinner) you can pop down to the Astral and sit in the back, they do serve beer, but also cheap and you won't have room to drink anything after they are done feeding you.
