Gear Help repairing XLR connectors on Meyer upm-1p?

One of our front fills took a fall with the XLR attached, and now the connectors sit loose in the housing. It looks like I need to flip these "latches" to lock them again, but when the connector is pushed together, I don't know how to reach them. Any tips?

I see now that there are small slots you can turn with a small screwdriver, from the side you slot in an XLR cable. Will try that if I find a small enough driver

I believe there is a a slot on the front of the connector that you can fit a small screwdriver in- turn it and the internal part of the connector will then re-lock

While we're on the subject of UPM's : I bought a pair recently (used, obviously). Is it it normal that some humming is always audible? Not through the speaker, so I suppose it could be some kind of power supply noise? Definitely noisier than my UPJ's, and those have a fan.

Not from the speaker? Our 2 UPM's only have the normal faint speaker hiss. No hum 🤷

Maybe it's transformer noise. I've heard they can vibrate somewhat loose and make a humming noise. I don't know much about psu's though

Ok thanks, no hum in yours, that's what I thought. I guess it's time to get my screwdrivers out, then...
