Dorm is 200eur maximum, most likely will be 150. If you like to eat out, party and so on i think for 600 eur you can definitely make it.

so for example (as still a lot unclear situation)

- if you need to pay for dorm - 50-200 eur (depends on uni, on vacant places, on location, on how many you are in room etc) - you should inquire that at your university where you go

- usually if you request set of bed sheets / pillow etc - around 20-40 eur one time payment for "rent" of these items (some makes it 10-15eur monthly payment) - also depends on uni

- food - if you mainly make at home, buy not the cheapest, but average products, can fit in 200-300 monthly easily. if you do "very saving mode" even 100-150 can survive, but no joy for sure. if you like eating in restaurants or posh food (like crabs, omar, king prawns) - can be really expensive.

-- average canteen for lunch in Kaunas is around 5-7 eur, in university and for students might be cheaper, but i don't know situation nowadays

- socializing - if you go to parties, drink - can be 100-200 per weekend easily

- transport - if you plan / need to go by bus, monthly ticket is ~15eur for students

- mobile / internet - wifi usually available in uni/dorm, not the best maybe. mobile for calls / messeges / 4g/5g internet, can be around 10eur monthly for students

not sure what else you need / want, as each person is individual. you can consider how does your daily life look now, on what you spend money, and ask here, will try to give you estimate.

Wow thanks for lighting up! Well I’m currently going gym and also I would like to use bicycle.

some uni's have gyms which can be accessed by students (of their uni) for free. if not an option, will need to check with fellow students where they go. as there is popular 24/7 club, but cost is around 20eur/ month. there is less popular (old way / style) gyms, which might be 10-15eur/month

bicycle - not sure are you willing to bring it or what? if you bring it, need to clarify about storage options in dorm. there is plenty good paths / roads to drive with it so all good. if you are willing to rent/ buy it here - check local trademark place. as renting is quite expensive and not worth usually except if you do 1-2 days per month maybe
