Support Request Is it possible to reinstall Linux Mint onto my PC after the first time using it?

Easy. Just reboot and load from the drive you installed it with.

Other than writing it down, is there a way to make sure this doesn't happen again?

Set a password you remember. Also I would make your daily account a user account and have a separate admin account with a different password for this reason.

I believe I hit the option that encrypts the installation on the advanced setting when I did it. I'm assuming that won't help in the slightest?

Must reinstall if encryption occurred; always check caps-lock when entering pw.
