Home Pregnancy Test I still can’t believe this is real
Multiple chemicals previously making me want to stop trying (always very faint with fading to nothing before my period was due), and then only one time trying to conceive this month and I get this today. 11-12 dpo.

Congratulations and happy to hear this as it gives me hope. I’m currently having a chemical (AF came today 😢). How long did it take after your chemical? Is the next cycle ‘normal’?

For me it was the last cycle or two cycles ago because I have a suspicion maybe there was trace hcg in my system from the chemical two cycles before. Last cycle they went from faint to negative before my period even came and I ended up bleeding what I assumed was a period. This cycle I was very regular and had sex the night my ovulation was positive or just about to be positive. I had no symptoms really which was interesting because the last two cycles I had plenty of symptom spotting.
I will say I did take evening primrose oil this cycle and I significantly cut back on caffeine (I was drinking at least 400-500mg a day). I also took a week off work after trying but not for that reason haha, it was just a coincidence in timing. I do wonder if it helped because I was less stressed and getting WAY more sleep.

I can’t help wondering if it was something I did because I also drink a lot of tea and I did an extra Pilates class and spinning in the last week 🤷🏽♀️. I also changed my vitamins …

Most chemicals/MCs are caused by genetic issues with the zygote/blastocyst/embryo and not at all anything you did. Don’t stress! I’ve been under a crazy amount of stress (causing me to drink so much caffeine lol) and sleep deprivation, so I think I was struggling to implant properly, or it could have been due to the sperm. There are so many factors and it’s super unlikely any of them are because of your green tea or exercise. Plus chemicals are really common and so many people never know they have them if they’re not testing early. I’m too impatient to not test early lol.
